Yay for treadmills and stuff!
As Teeka says in her journal neither of us was winded, or particularly sore afterward. I blame it on the treadmill. I'm currently up to a 40 minute workout, at a max speed of 2.8mph (and slowly climbing as my knees get better), which works out to about 1.5 miles, at a controlled heart rate of 126 beats per minute (this is the treadmill's "fat burning" workout). At some point, I'll also include the cardio workout. Teeka goes faster during her workouts, but my knees won't take jogging yet.
Next I have to pack up the truck with destructive implements to use on
