Percussive vehicle maintenance

revchrisWhen we got the truck, it has only the middle two (the center pair) of the four instrument panel lights working, and I planned to take the dash apart at some time this summer and replace the burned out light bulbs.

teeka had to park on a hill and set the emergency brake. When she came back, she hit the brake release to unlock the emergency brake, and the pedal snapping back up banged the dash enough that the left hand light (the gas gauge one) came back on. Last night it went out again while we were running errands, but when we got home I banged both ends of the dash and now all four lights work.
