Still waiting on the house offer

The othr agents who were waiting to see on the house have all dropped out because when the seller's agent called them, there were two other offers (ours and the people before us).
There are two sisters selling the house, so they both need to agree. Unfortunately, one of them is camping until Monday. We're probably going to get a counter-offer because today was our acceptance deadline, and because the sisters won't be getting the report from the structural engineer within our 5-day deadline.
