We're done with our taxes.
We upgraded from TurboTax Deluxe to the Home & Business version. A lot more questions, but better detail on everything, too.
The business is posting a loss, but we're getting a healthy refund. We're going to wait a week or so before filing to make sure we haven't forgotten anything.
Does anyone now if there's a deduction you can take to cover lodging when you didn't use a hotel but instead camped out for free at a show venue? Something has to cover the cost of wear and tear on the camper plus the extra wear on the truck for hauling the camper. TurboTax's help says you can't take the per diem for hotel if you're self-employed business.
