May. 16th, 2009 09:10 pmWe're home from the Janesville Faire.
Money-wise, it was a good day.
Weather-wise, it could have been better. The sun was out most of the day, but we had 15-25 mph winds all day, with gusts to 36 mph (with no windbreak).
We didn't put the sidewalls up, just to keep the sail area of the tent down, but the top seems to have survived.
Maggs was going to do demos all day, but the torch either wouldn't stay lit because of the winds or the flame kept moving around, which doesn't help, either.
Tomorrow the wind is supposed to be in the 5-10 mph range, so things should be better.
Now, it's closing in on nap time.
