revchrisIf you're in Madison tonight, go to the Memorial Union, and get there by 6:30pm. The Kites & Fireworks show starts at 6:45.
Why, you ask, are there fireworks and kites? It's the 6th annual Kites On Ice. Usually it's at the Convention Center on the other lake, but they're recarpeting, so this year, it's at the Memorial Union.

teeka feels and what else we do tonight.
If you do go, park somewhere else, and take the bus. There isn't any parking open, and everybody in the city is driving over there hoping to find that one empty space. We parked in the Engineering ramp and took the campus bus to the Union.
