I need to replace the valve in the toilet in the basement. First, however, I need to put a shutoff on that branch line, as it currently requires turning off all of the water in the house. While I have the water off I'm also going to put a shutoff on the front outside faucet, since it leaks a little bit and keeps freezing up.
