Fireworks

As teeka just pointed out, neighborhood fireworks are less fun when you start wondering which of your neighbors is going to accidentally drop a load of burning debris on your roof.

Right now everything airborne is far enough away that I'm not worried, but there's always tomorrow.

Hearing the neighbor's bottle rockets hitting the roof is a feature, particularly when the offending neighbor is a sheriff and should know better.
