Since no one's said anything about snow for a couple weeks, I ran the snowblower out of gas, changed the oil, bagged it, and moved it to the back of the garage.

I'm going to declare that, as of 4:01pm today (10:01pm GMT), as signified by the fact that the snowblower is put away for the year, winter is now officially over.

Yah, I know, I'm so totally jazzed that I could plant my tomato plants yesterday, 'cause, you know, after Mother's Day it usually doesn't get too much frost, and if it does, it's not a hard frost, so you can get away with just throwing a blankie over the planting bed at night. It's totally above 50 degrees during the day practically every day now! I can wear my shorts and blind passers-by with my pasty white leggies!

Yay summer!
