Heinlein strikes again

An article in todays news is about a Stanford study on mice showing that if you hook an old mouse up to a young mouse so that the old mouse has new blood, the muscle recovery and liver functions of the old mouse improve.

Isn't blood replacement the first stage of the rejuvenation porcess in Heinlein's universe?
