I came in to work this morning and was happy to see that my computer was still up (now 5 days with no crashes!). I logged in, and then discovered that my KVM switch was set to the wrong computer. So I switched computers, and the one that I've been having all the problems with was up too. I'm going to play with it for a few more days before I start adding in the rest of the original hardware, but it seems like the new CPU did the trick.
