It's been a busy day.

I cleaned up the back of the garage, and cleared out five totes of stuff (some trash, some to Goodwill, and some consolidation). Then [livejournal.com profile] jeffreyp came over to look at the home gym and bought it, but [livejournal.com profile] alyska still owes me a boob jiggling for it. The gym is now in pieces, and most of it is in the garage (the weights still need to go downstairs). We decided to sell it because we aven't used it in a year, and needed the floor space back.

[livejournal.com profile] teeka called, she and [livejournal.com profile] crzmslmaven are in Buffalo, and have crashed for a while (they spent all night driving, and didn't get much sleep). They (and the dogs) are going to be there for a day or two, and then they're off on the next segment of the [livejournal.com profile] gonzoroadtrip.

Tomorrow I need to stop in at parking and get a new sticker. I'm not sure what the procedure will be - I didn't lose my parking permit, but I had to peel the sticker off the windshield when they replaced it, and it won't stick back on.

Also tomorrow Physical Plant starts remodeling my lab at work. They're replacing the fume hood and installing chemical storage cabinets. It'll probably be a good time to sut down a few other pieces of the lab for maintenance.I had forgotten it was going to start until one of the plumbers stopped by on Friday to look at the hood and let me know he'd be back on Monday. I spent a couple hours yesterday cleaning out the hood, and still have a few things left to clear out tomorrow.

Yesterday was also the spring party for graduating seniors at work. Afterward, during the cleanup, Lynn (our student coordinator) decided that since I was going to be a bachelor this week, I should get all the leftovers. I'm having sandwiches for lunch this week, as my fridge is full on meat, cheese, and rolls. i also have two bottles of champagne, but they didn't fit in the fridge.

Finally, i think this entry may have the most users/journals listed in it that I've ever used.
