I got a call today from Shopko saying that the lab had broken my glasses while making my new lenses (I took them in because the frame had cracked and I needed new lenses because of scratches), and I should come in and pick out new frames for free. Before driving over to West Towne I called them up. The new frame piece is at the optical center at West Towne, and the lab in Green Bay has the already broken frame. They're going to get all the parts together in the same place and take care of it for me.
