Stupid Sears email

I'm sure they have a reason for it, but it's still stupid.
Email sent to partsdirect@customerservice.sears.com goes through, but if your email program capitalizes it (as a side effect of trying to prefill the address for you), and you send to Partsdirect@customerservice.sears.com, the email bounces.
On the other hand, I found the hose that I need. Now I need to see if I can get just the hose without having to buy the $50 assembly it is part of. If not, then I'll just continue to occasionally re-glue it onto the tank (like I did last night).
Edit: Nope, gotta buy the $50 part. Well, I've got a caulking gun, and I'm not afraid to use it, so repairs (instead of replacements) are free until it breaks a lot worse.
